Earnie Franklin President and CEO In his role as president and CEO of Incepture, Earnie is responsible for strategic direction and successful execution of the company’s objectives. Earnie has significant leadership experience and has spent more than 20 years in the IT field. Most recently, he served as the chief information officer of TriServ Alliance, LLC. Prior to that, he held various leadership roles within the IT organization at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida. Throughout his career, Earnie has been active in several professional and civic organizations. He is a member of the IT advisory board for Jacksonville University and an active member of the Association of Information Technology Professionals, previously serving as the president of the Jacksonville Chapter and Southeast Region. He also serves on the board of directors of IT Florida, a technology-focused non-profit organization formed to enhance information technology as a key element of economic development within the state of Florida. Earnie is an active member of the United Way of Northeast Florida and a member of the Tocqueville Society. Earnie completed undergraduate studies in business and computer science at Samford University and Jacksonville University and holds a Master’s degree in business administration from Jacksonville University. Mike Otwell Finance Mike Otwell serves as Incepture’s Director of Finance. In this role, Mike is responsible for the organization’s financial operations including budgeting and accounting, reporting, forecasting and analysis. He brings with him more than 15 years of finance experience, most recently as director, controller with First Coast Service Options. Prior to that, Mike held senior management positions with several high growth companies, including public accounting firm, Ernst & Young. Mike is a certified public accountant and holds a Master’s degree in business administration from Stetson University and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Auburn University. Theresa Rocco Business Development Theresa serves as Incepture’s Business Development Director. In this role, she is responsible for developing new business opportunities and relationships as well as Incepture’s marketing initiatives. Theresa brings with her over 16 years in a management capacity building business within the commercial and government sectors. Theresa most recently assisted TriServ Alliance, LLC as a program management consultant for corporate services. Prior to that, Theresa served as vice president of government services with TerraHealth, Inc., a national healthcare support company providing staff augmentation, healthcare services, engineering and information technology support. Theresa has completed undergraduate studies in computer science, technology studies and business administration and holds numerous certifications, including program management. Amy Ruth Human Resources Amy serves as Incepture’s Director of Human Resources and is responsible for all aspects of human resource management including compensation and benefits, employee relations and policy and procedures. Amy is a seasoned human resource professional with over 20 years of experience. Prior to joining Incepture, Amy was the executive director of total rewards for TriServ Alliance, LLC. Prior to that role, Amy held several leadership positions with InterContinental Hotel Group. She also has experience working for Towers Perrin and SunTrust Banks. Amy received a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from Kennesaw State University. What is your favorite quote? Joe Vasconcellos IT and Delivery Services In his role as Director of IT and Delivery Services, Joe provides leadership for Incepture’s IT organization and related initiatives as well as the delivery services organization that provides business process management and technology and consulting services. Joe brings over 20 years of information technology and management experience to Incepture, with a particular focus on CRM platforms. Prior to joining Incepture, Joe held several IT leadership positions with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida. He has also held executive and management experience positions with VTAC Solutions, AT&T Solutions and CSX Technology. Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in mathematical and computer sciences and Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of North Florida. He also completed undergraduate coursework in behavioral psychology at the University of South Carolina. What is one thing you’d like to do, but haven’t? Kathy Young Staffing Solutions Serving as Incepture’s Staffing Solutions Manager, Kathy is responsible for the management and operations of the sales and recruiting team. She has accountability for developing and executing staffing strategies to improve market share and reach revenue growth goals. Kathy is a seasoned staffing industry professional with a proven track record and over 15 years of experience. Prior to joining Incepture, she held various management positions with Idea Information Security, Technology Service Partners, The King Companies and Qualitech Systems. Kathy received a Bachelor of Arts in communication studies from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. What is your guilty pleasure? Potato chips and French onion dip If you could meet one person, dead or alive, who would it be? My grandfather- never met him. I would love to have known the man that was the father to my father.
