The Process

We strive to make the process of coming on board with us as easy as possible. If you haven’t already, click here here to view available opportunities.

  1. Your first step is to register with us on-line. You will be prompted to do so once you have selected a position. Once registered, you will be able to submit your resume for consideration and come back as often as you would like to view all available opportunities. You can also create a profile at any time.


  2. Once your resume has been submitted, you will receive an electronic confirmation of its receipt.


  3. Submittals are screened based on the job criteria and there may also be a phone screening required to ensure the best fit.


  4. Once screened, an interview will be scheduled with the hiring client. These are conducted face-to-face or over the phone.


  5. The selected candidate will be extended a written offer. Once accepted, a start date will be determined. All offers are contingent on a drug screen that must be completed within 48 hours of the start date, and a background check.


  6. The start date will begin with an orientation session at which time the consultant receives all benefit information, policies and procedures and facility access credentials. New hires should come prepared with the following:


    • Addresses for the past 10 years
    • Previous employment information
    • Identification to verify you are eligible to work in the United States
