Incepture Appoints Reneé Finley President
Incepture is pleased to announce the appointment of Reneé Finley as President of Incepture, effective immediately. In this role, Ms. Finley is accountable for integrating strategies and growth opportunities for Incepture.
Ms. Finley comes to Incepture from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida (BCBSF) where she served as vice president and market segment leader for Individual, Small, & Mid Group Segments, as well as Corporate Accounts. During her career at BCBSF, Finley has served in a variety of management and leadership positions. Finley served as the CEO & Managing Director of Novitas Health, L.L.C., an alliance between BCBSF and the Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield (ABCBS) plan, a principal for Navigy, a BCBSF subsidiary, where she was responsible for Business & Alliance Development, and director of IT Strategy and Architecture. Prior to joining BCBSF in 1998, Finley was an officer with the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta with accountability for payments systems and automation services.
Finley holds a Master of Business Administration from Jacksonville University and has participated in executive development programs at University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business.
Finley is active in the community and was most recently recognized for her leadership role with United Way, as campaign chair of the largest employee campaign in North East Florida. Additionally, she provides leadership to the Marketing Diversity Business Council Community Outreach Program.

Incepture Promotes Martin Corlieto, III and Appoints Joe Vasconcellos to lead Delivery Services
Martin Corlieto, III has been promoted to the position of Vice President and General Manager of Incepture operations. He is also serving as Incepture’s Acting President. Mr. Corlieto has provided operational leadership and management to the company since he was hired in April 2006. In this role Martin is responsible for the day-to-day business operations of Incepture as well as the formation of business alliances and new offerings. He has more than 20 years of senior management experience with Information Technology service firms, most recently as Executive Vice President of Global Delivery for Computer Management Consultants. Prior to that, Mr. Corlieto held senior management positions with Buchanan Associates Inc. and The MCS Group. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from the University of South Florida and completed coursework at the Wharton School of Business.
Incepture is also pleased to announce the addition of Joe Vasconcellos to the Incepture team. In his new role with Incepture, Joe will have responsibility for Delivery Services. As Incepture expands its service offerings, this will be a critical role for the organization. Mr. Vasconcellos will focus specifically on statements of work that provide clients with outcome-based services and deliverables. This includes technology verticals such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Siebel, claims processing and other core competencies within the health care industry. He will also lead the development of Incepture’s Global Delivery Strategy, the current Print and Mail Fulfillment Delivery Services team as well as have responsibility for Incepture’s information technology strategy and direction.
Mr. Vasconcellos comes to Incepture from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida, Inc. (BCBSF), where he was Director of the Customer Platform organization and was responsible for various key applications that included Commissions, Rating, Renewals, Sales and Service (member and agent self and assisted service) systems. In addition, he led the delivery of the Sales and Service business transformation initiatives.
Prior to joining BCBSF, Mr. Vasconcellos was co-founder and president of VTAC Solutions, a company primarily providing consulting services and Internet and Telephony solutions for Customer Management and Call Center operations. He joined VTAC Solutions from AT&T Solutions, where he was Corporate Director with responsibility for the Enterprise Service Platform organization that provided consulting, technical solutions and Business Processing Outsourcing to various global companies. Mr. Vasconcellos started his IT career at CSX Technology. During his tenure there, he held several positions from programmer to Senior Manager of Engineering & Transportation Systems to Director of Product Marketing. Born in Portugal, Europe, Mr. Vasconcellos has two sons and holds a BA in Behavioral Psychology and a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science.

Incepture Hosts 2nd Annual Awards and Recognition Event
Jacksonville, FL - On Friday, March 14th, Incepture played host to nearly 100 of it consultants for their 2nd Annual Awards and Recognition Event, held at the River City Brewing Company. The event gave the Incepture consultants a chance to meet and socialize with one another as well as with the Incepture Corporate Team. During the course of the evening, 63 consultants were formally recognized for their contributions to Incepture’s success. 35 people received the Incepture Circle Award. All Circle awardees were nominated by their managers in recognition of outstanding achievement. Common themes included, willingness to go above and beyond when others weren’t, making process improvement and bringing measurable cost saving to their organizations. Other awards categories included Most Billable Hours and Tenure of Service.
“Incepture could not achieve the success it has without each and every one of our consultants,” said Martin Corlieto, Incepture Vice President, General Manager and Acting President. “We truly appreciate what they do for us and it is a pleasure to take time out and recognize their hard work.”
Incepture plans to hold a family event for its consultants in the Fall.
