Incepture Presents Gift to United Way of Northeast Florida

Incepture, Inc. proudly presented a $3,040.00 gift to United Way of Northeast Florida. The gift resulted from fundraising activities held during Incepture’s March 2nd corporate Open House event. Incepture employees competed to create “themed gift baskets” that were auctioned off to benefit United Way. The baskets contained a wide variety of donations from businesses throughout our community.
“Though passionate about our work, we are just as committed to the community in which we work and live and it is with great pleasure that we present this gift to United Way of Northeast Florida,” said Earnie Franklin, Incepture President. “We look forward to a continued partnership with United Way.”
Accepting on behalf of United Way were Linda Malloy, Vice President of Resource Development and Kim Kaye, Director of Leadership Giving and Resource Development. “United Way is honored to be the beneficiary of Incepture’s fundraising efforts,” said Malloy. “When we all work together, we are able to make a collective impact on the lives of those who call the First Coast home.”

Incepture Appoints Earnie Franklin President

Incepture is pleased to announce the appointment of Earnie Franklin as President of Incepture, effective September 28, 2009. In addition to oversight of all operational aspects of Incepture, Mr. Franklin will be accountable for long-term planning and identification and implementation of the company’s growth strategies.
Mr. Franklin comes to Incepture from TriServ Alliance, LLC where he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. In this role, he was responsible for the leadership of the information technology and security organization and was a key member of the executive leadership team. Prior to this role, Franklin served in various leadership positions with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida (BCBSF), including Vice President of Enterprise Strategy and Architecture, Vice President CRM Business Solutions, and several other technology and business functions. Franklin brings more than 20 years of health care and technology experience to Incepture.
Franklin holds a Master of Business Administration from Jacksonville University and serves as the Chair for the IT Florida Board of Directors. He is an active member of the United Way of Northeast Florida Leadership Circle and a member of the organization’s Tocqueville Society.

Code Camps are a free one day learning event serving technical professionals and students with a focus on Microsoft and related technologies. Code Camps offer a conference style learning environment and is open to presenters of all backgrounds and expertise. The Jacksonville Code Camp 2009 has been organized by the Jacksonville Developers User Group with an average of 300 attendees in previous years. We anticipate even higher attendance this year with our marketing campaigns, the increased support of Microsoft and a broad range of sponsors. Our target audience includes software, IT, and database professionals in addition to managers, executives, and engineers of all levels.
We will offer multiple tracks this year from core topics to innovate new topics. Sessions will range from informal "chalk talks" to presentations. All are welcome to attend and speak. We will have a mix of speakers ranging from MVPs, Regional Directors, Authors, and most importantly, local developers like you! Thanks to the generosity of our contributors we will be able to provide breakfast, lunch, and LOTS and LOTS of SWAG.
In addition to the full day of training, we will be honoring Wolfson Children's Hospital and all the amazing work they do in our community. Wolfson is the official charity of Code Camp 2009. All proceeds not used during the production of Code Camp will be donated to Wolfson. PLUS, we are holding a silent auction benefiting Wolfson at the Code Camp "After-Party" with FREE food and beverages. Incepture hosts its 3rd Annual Award and Recognition Event

Jacksonville, FL – Incepture hosted 140 of their consultants at their 3rd Annual Award and Recognition Event on Friday, March 6th at the BCBSFL Conference Center. The event was held in celebration of all those who contributed to the success of Incepture. The celebration kicked off with a meet and greet, giving everyone the opportunity to enjoy great company and wonderful food. Throughout the evening, 81 consultants were honored for their outstanding contribution to the success of Incepture. Award categories included Tenure of Service, Billable Hours and Circle Awards. 20 consultants received the prestigious Circle Award, all who were nominated by their managers in recognition for their exceptional accomplishments, enthusiasm to go above and beyond, working as a team player and bring measurable cost savings to their clients.
“Incepture’s successes were achieved through the hard work and dedication of all of you. It is truly an honor to be able to thank each and everyone for your contributions in making Incepture an excellent company,” said Martin Corlieto, Incepture’s Vice-President and General Manager.

On Friday, February 20th, starting at noon, Incepture will be closing its Building 300 location and moving into its brand new Building 600 location. Still located at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida’s corporate headquarters, the first floor of Building 600 will offer Incepture the much-needed space due to the tremendous growth Incepture has experienced over the past year. Our new location will re-open on Monday, February 23rd for regular business hours.

Incepture Appoints Reneé Finley President

Incepture is pleased to announce the appointment of Reneé Finley as President of Incepture, effective immediately. In this role, Ms. Finley is accountable for integrating strategies and growth opportunities for Incepture.
Ms. Finley comes to Incepture from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida (BCBSF) where she served as vice president and market segment leader for Individual, Small, & Mid Group Segments, as well as Corporate Accounts. During her career at BCBSF, Finley has served in a variety of management and leadership positions. Finley served as the CEO & Managing Director of Novitas Health, L.L.C., an alliance between BCBSF and the Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield (ABCBS) plan, a principal for Navigy, a BCBSF subsidiary, where she was responsible for Business & Alliance Development, and director of IT Strategy and Architecture. Prior to joining BCBSF in 1998, Finley was an officer with the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta with accountability for payments systems and automation services.
Finley holds a Master of Business Administration from Jacksonville University and has participated in executive development programs at University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business.
Finley is active in the community and was most recently recognized for her leadership role with United Way, as campaign chair of the largest employee campaign in North East Florida. Additionally, she provides leadership to the Marketing Diversity Business Council Community Outreach Program.

Incepture Promotes Martin Corlieto, III and Appoints Joe Vasconcellos to lead Delivery Services

Martin Corlieto, III has been promoted to the position of Vice President and General Manager of Incepture operations. Mr. Corlieto has provided operational leadership and management to the company since he was hired in April 2006. In this role Martin is responsible for the day-to-day business operations of Incepture as well as the formation of business alliances and new offerings. He has more than 20 years of senior management experience with Information Technology service firms, most recently as Executive Vice President of Global Delivery for Computer Management Consultants. Prior to that, Mr. Corlieto held senior management positions with Buchanan Associates Inc. and The MCS Group. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from the University of South Florida and completed coursework at the Wharton School of Business.
Incepture is also pleased to announce the addition of Joe Vasconcellos to the Incepture team. In his new role with Incepture, Joe will have responsibility for Delivery Services. As Incepture expands its service offerings, this will be a critical role for the organization. Mr. Vasconcellos will focus specifically on statements of work that provide clients with outcome-based services and deliverables. This includes technology verticals such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Siebel, claims processing and other core competencies within the health care industry. He will also lead the development of Incepture’s Global Delivery Strategy, the current Print and Mail Fulfillment Delivery Services team as well as have responsibility for Incepture’s information technology strategy and direction.
Mr. Vasconcellos comes to Incepture from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida, Inc. (BCBSF), where he was Director of the Customer Platform organization and was responsible for various key applications that included Commissions, Rating, Renewals, Sales and Service (member and agent self and assisted service) systems. In addition, he led the delivery of the Sales and Service business transformation initiatives.
Prior to joining BCBSF, Mr. Vasconcellos was co-founder and president of VTAC Solutions, a company primarily providing consulting services and Internet and Telephony solutions for Customer Management and Call Center operations. He joined VTAC Solutions from AT&T Solutions, where he was Corporate Director with responsibility for the Enterprise Service Platform organization that provided consulting, technical solutions and Business Processing Outsourcing to various global companies. Mr. Vasconcellos started his IT career at CSX Technology. During his tenure there, he held several positions from programmer to Senior Manager of Engineering & Transportation Systems to Director of Product Marketing. Born in Portugal, Europe, Mr. Vasconcellos has two sons and holds a BA in Behavioral Psychology and a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science.

Incepture Hosts 2nd Annual Awards and Recognition Event

Jacksonville, FL - On Friday, March 14th, Incepture played host to nearly 100 of it consultants for their 2nd Annual Awards and Recognition Event, held at the River City Brewing Company. The event gave the Incepture consultants a chance to meet and socialize with one another as well as with the Incepture Corporate Team. During the course of the evening, 63 consultants were formally recognized for their contributions to Incepture’s success. 35 people received the Incepture Circle Award. All Circle awardees were nominated by their managers in recognition of outstanding achievement. Common themes included, willingness to go above and beyond when others weren’t, making process improvement and bringing measurable cost saving to their organizations. Other awards categories included Most Billable Hours and Tenure of Service.
“Incepture could not achieve the success it has without each and every one of our consultants,” said Martin Corlieto, Incepture Vice President, General Manager and Acting President. “We truly appreciate what they do for us and it is a pleasure to take time out and recognize their hard work.”
Incepture plans to hold a family event for its consultants in the Fall.

Incepture Announces New Executive Leadership

Incepture, Inc. recently announced the appointment of Jeanette Ekh to chief executive officer and Earnie Franklin to president. The new appointments will not affect the current roles the executives hold within Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida (BCBSF). Ekh will continue in her role as senior vice president and chief information officer of BCBSF and Earnie Franklin will continue his role as vice president, enterprise architecture.
In her role as chief executive officer of Incepture, Ekh will lead Incepture’s board of directors in strategy approval and corporate compliance. In his role as president of Incepture, Franklin will be responsible for strategic direction and successful execution of the company’s objectives. Director Martin Corlieto will continue as administrator of day-to-day operations and overall general management of Incepture.

ARC, headquartered in South Florida and led by Gregg Podalsky, is establishing a presence in Jacksonville via their ARC Group of Jacksonville affiliate - sharing space and personnel with Incepture at both the JMA and DCC 300 locations.
