To that end, we form alliances with outstanding companies and organizations whose capabilities complement our own, whether by extending or deepening a service offering, delivering a critical new technology or business process, or helping us extend our services to new locations. Incepture knows that the best solution is only possible when all parties work in harmony together. We pride ourselves on developing strong, long-term partnerships centered on a solid foundation of values.

Our approach is to select alliance partners based upon company vision, industry focus, market expertise and identified gaps in our solution frameworks. Once selected, the alliance partner is assigned to one of the following tiers within Incepture’s Alliance Partner Program:

Level Description
Affinity Alliance Partners These partners refer candidates to Incepture for open job requisitions. If a candidate is hired, the individual becomes an Incepture W2 contract employee. The Referral Alliance Partner receives a percentage of the billable hourly rate margin for the contract employee, as negotiated by management. This is paid through an invoice process based on the approved hours that the referred contractor works per month. Examples of Affinity Alliance Partners are contract recruiters and small staffing firms.
Optimal Alliance Partners These partners are not locally based, and they do not compete with Incepture for placing contract employees within BCBSF. They source and present both Business Professional and IT job candidates. If a candidate is hired, the individual becomes either an Incepture W2 contract employee, or the partner’s contract employee in which case Incepture is billed for the employee’s services after placement. These partners have a reciprocal business arrangement with Incepture; i.e., they provide Incepture with their clients’ job requirements; preferably from other Blue Plans. They must be responsive, provide high quality candidates and be willing to be flexible on rates.
Partners These firms are local, national or internationally-based, and they may compete with Incepture to place contract employees within Incepture’s marketing verticals.
