Contract Staffing

Understanding that the labor force is becoming more and more diverse and international in nature, Incepture is able to assist in the hiring of individuals with H1-B visas. Once the sponsorship period is complete and a green card has been obtained, the individual can be brought in as direct hire, if so desired.
In addition to the services we provide clients, we also work closely with our candidates before, during and after their placement to ensure they are in the right position to maximize their skill set.
