Hi, my name is Meghan. I’m the newest member of The Source Report team.

I’ve been a recruiter for more than 11 years, specializing in the placement of Information Technology, Healthcare, and Accounting/Finance professionals. I am dedicated to aligning the right candidates with the right job opportunities.

How did I get here?

I was recruited! Not long after graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Health Science, I was approached by an IT staffing firm while I was waiting to interview with a pharmaceutical company at a career fair in South Florida.  So I never actually went out in search of a career in recruiting; it found me!

Although I started my recruiting career in South Florida, the vast majority of my experience has been here in the North Florida market (where I’ve been recruiting since 2002.) I have specific knowledge of local employment conditions and trends. I’m excited that I’ll be able to share a lot of the knowledge I’ve acquired over the years on wide range of topics—from finding and landing a job, to life on the job and beyond—with you here on The Source Report. 

It should come as no big surprise that, as a recruiter, I am relentlessly searching for extraordinary candidates—individuals that stand out because of skill, focus, and the tremendous devotion they have to their field.  The individuals are the ones that actively seek out opportunities for growth, like the one that’s being presented in The Source Report.
