Chris is a seasoned Information Technology staffing professional with over 7 years of combined staffing, recruiting and technology software sales experience. Chris has extensive experience with both handling client accounts and recruiting top talent. As an Incepture Account Manager he ensures clients are presented the best possible resources in a timely manner.
Chris is a Jacksonville native and a graduate of the University of North Florida where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Chris also is a board member for the Jacksonville Information Technology Council (JITC) and an active member in his church and community.
Deniece joined Incepture with over 17 years experience at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida. Her background includes various disciplines including operations, membership and billing, underwriting, sales and external deployment. She has a solid understanding of the healthcare insurance environment.
Heather is senior recruiter with over 13 years of staffing and human resources experience. Prior to Incepture, she worked in corporate, executive and technical recruiting with companies such as Aerotek, Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc., Acosta, and most recently BBVA Compass Bank.
She is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in organizational communications.
Linda joined Incepture in 2004. She previously worked for Keane, Inc. as a senior technical recruiter. With over 9 years professional recruiting experience, she has a passion for matching quality talent with client needs. She specializes in marketing, communications, business analysis, project management, technology and healthcare opportunities.
Linda graduated from the University of Charlotte with a Bachelor of Arts in marketing.
Ivana is a recruiter with over 5 years of staffing and recruiting experience. Prior to joining the team, she worked as a Staffing Manager and Division Director for staffing companies, such as SNI Companies and Robert Half International.
She holds her Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Political Science with a minor in Sociology from the University of North Florida. Ivana is fluent in both articulation and writing in English, German and Serbo-Croatian (Bosnian).
Jeremy joined the Incepture team in 2007, with more than five years of technical and business recruiting experience. Prior to Incepture, he worked for Robert Half Technology and Technisource as a technical recruiter. Jeremy enjoys helping individuals find opportunities that match their skill sets and aligns with their career goals.
Jeremy received a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Florida State University.
Anna Parker, PHR
Consultant Relations Manager
Anna serves as Incepture’s consultant relations manager. In her role, she provides full support to Incepture’s consultants. Her main areas of responsibility are communication, consultant remarketing and retention. She has over six years of experience in the human resource industry. Prior to joining the Incepture team, she held various human resource management positions with Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation, ADESA Auto Auction and MDI Holdings, Inc.
Anna received a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of North Florida and a Master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of West Florida.
Partner Program Account Manager
As Incepture’s partner program account manager, Robert is responsible for developing and growing strategic partner relationships that interchangeably support both Incepture and partner client staffing efforts. He has over eight years of sales and recruiting experience in technical staff augmentation with Technology Service Partners and Allegis Group.
Robert is a Jacksonville native and a graduate of the University of North Florida where he received a Bachelor’s degree in business administration in transportation and logistics.
Greg has over 15 years of hands on sales, recruiting and HR experience. His expertise includes talent acquisition in both the corporate as well as in the staffing agency setting. Greg as managerial responsibilities for the recruiting team at Incepture. He ensures clients are presented the best possible resources in a timely manner. His team also works closely with candidates to help them with career development and advises them on how to leverage their individual strengths.
Greg earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and secondary education from the University of North Carolina.
Virginie is a Sourcing Specialist concentrating on talent acquisition and exercising her passion for helping people. Her background includes leadership, management, accounting, mentoring, entrepreneurship and staffing. Prior to joining Incepture she worked in various industries such as tourism, engineering, property management and staffing.
Virginie received a Bachelor of Business Administration with majors in Business Management and Marketing and holds an MBA from Jacksonville University. She is also fluent in French and Spanish.
Megan is a Technical Recruiter with Incepture and is responsible for the sourcing, qualifying, presenting, and placement of qualified technical talent across multiple disciplines. Her staffing career started over seven years ago in Atlanta, GA where she worked as an Executive Recruiter with a large staffing firm and continued into the Jacksonville market, where she worked as a Technical Talent Specialist and a Talent Manager. Megan enjoys the fast-paced profession of recruiting as well as the daily interaction with the top technical talent in the United States.
Jo is a recruiter in our Tampa Bay office with 18 years of experience in the human resource field. Prior to joining the Incepture team, Jo held various roles within the human resource organization at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida. Jo has a heart for helping our service men and women transition back to civilian life. She is actively involved in the Transition Assistance Program (TAP) and served as an advisory board member for the Veterans Programs at the Florida State College Jacksonville.
Doug Hart is a Senior Recruiter in Incepture’s Tampa office. He was previously a Sr. Corporate Recruiter for ten years at SageHealthcare in Tampa. With over twenty years recruiting experience in the Tampa Bay market, Doug’s primary concentration is in Information Technology.
Doug completed his Bachelor’s degree work at the University of Florida and Florida State University. His Master’s degree in Adult Education was awarded by the University of Tampa.
